STEP 1 - CONSULTATION

Walk me through your project! We will discuss your ideas, needs, and any inspiration you may have for the space. This will give me direction as to how my services can best fit your needs. We will discuss your budget, timeline, and any contractors or retailers you would prefer to work with throughout the process. This is your project, and I am here as a guide to bring those dreams to life.

STEP 2 - SCOPE OF WORK

After our consultation, I'll take some time to put together a Scope of Work Quote based on all we've discussed. This will include a proposed Design Meeting Schedule to accomplish each selection needed and a proposed payment plan for the design services offered.

STEP 3 - SIGN-OFF + DOWNPAYMENT

I'll send over the first draft of the Scope of Work Quote to see if we are on the same page. We will coordinate and make any edits needed to be sure we can have a productive working relationship. Once you have signed the Scope of Work and made the initial downpayment, we will get to work and schedule our first meeting.

STEP 4 - PROPOSED DESIGN MEETING SCHEDULE

We will work together throughout these Design Meetings to review and finalize sample selections and layout configurations. AVI will use different visual aids to help bring the design ideas to life. That may include any or all of the following: Vision Board/ 3D Programs/ Inspiration Pictures/ Floor Plans. It is always best to plan as much of the design ahead of time to allow a more efficient flow when it comes time to order and install. When we take the time to talk through the pros and cons and what fits your needs best through each meeting, it can be a beautiful process as the design comes to life!

CHANGE ORDERS

Throughout this process you may decide there are a few other details we should also address within your space. Now's the time! I will create a Change Order and add those details with an updated Design Meeting Schedule and updated pricing.

STEP 5 - ORDERING

Ordering the product may happen throughout the Design Meeting process or when we have come to the end of our Design Meeting Schedule. We will discuss the timeline and decide what's best for your specific project.

STEP 6 - FINAL INSTALL + STYLING!

We will work together to confirm final delivery times and schedule a final installation date to be sure each piece is in its perfect place as we designed it. We will confirm there are not any other details to be added to our Scope of Work and wrap up your beautiful project. Now it's time to relax and enjoy your fresh new space!
