It's 3-4 months before your big day! Catch me up on your wedding vision and plans

and let's confirm all the details are coming together for your special wedding day!

We'll come up with a shared calendar checklist to be sure those final "to-dos" will be completed on time

so you can enjoy the time leading up to your wedding day.

We'll collaborate and write out your needs and expectations for the wedding day

as well as understand what is needed from the wedding party, vendors, and all the guests.

We'll come up with a natural wedding day timeline to bring together all the beautiful moving parts and bring peace to the excitement.

to execute those details while you're busy getting married and celebrating!!!

We'll talk through your wedding vision and floor plans for the venue.

We'll finalize your wedding day timeline and confirm all vendors and decor details are prepared for the big day.

We'll confirm expectations are clear with each of your vendors and family/friends helping bring everything together.

It's your wedding day! AVI will take it from here! Receiving vendor deliveries and confirming details are on track

while smoothing out any behind the scenes obstacles! Guiding you (the Bride + Groom!), wedding party, vendors,
